Smooth & Clean Floral Highland Minerality

In the highlands of Jalisco, lies the entrance to a near century old distillery. The blue agave planted beyond has been tended and harvested by a single family for three generations.

Just south, in the mountains above Oaxaca, a maestro stands beside a copper pot still and a stone tahona his grandfather used before him.

These historic places — and the families who have protected them — are where Mesa Blanca is born.

our goal is to bring this love of land and authenticity to tables in California.

Our brand is your brand. our goals, your goals. Joy, thrilling memories, and a desire to return to a place where there’s always a seat at the table.

No spirits license upgrade,
No additional application,
No waiting period.

Under California Business & Professions Code §23398.5, a TTB-approved Soju spirit can be sold at beer and wine licensed establishments. Mesa Blanca is that spirit - a genuine blend of authentic tequila and mezcal, classified as Soju by the TTB, and fully legal for Type 41 and Type 42 operators.
