Whereas Agave Wine is fermented and “fortified,” creating a sweetness atypical of actual agave spirits.

By using a grain neutral spirit — aka “plain alcohol” — in our process, Mesa Blanca falls under a different classification and is thereby the ONLY distilled spirit legal for purchase with a Type 41 & Type 42 license. California B&P Code §23398.5

The lower alcohol percentage gives the product a “lighter” taste, but our delivers an unmistakable taste that your customers will know and love.
